16-Year-Old Goes From Missing Person To Murder Suspect

Crime Scene

Gabriel Michael Davies was reported missing Wednesday, and his vehicle was found abandoned on Tilley Road in Olympia, Washington that evening.

Deputies found items strewn about, a small amount of blood, and a smashed cell phone at the scene of Davies’ vehicle. For two days this was a missing person case.

Shortly after he was found, he was booked into the Remann Hall Juvenile Detention Center after being accused of burglary, second-degree murder, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department responded to a welfare check on a 51-year-old man and found him deceased inside his home. Detectives spent Thursday and Friday processing the scene and collecting evidence before arresting two 16-year-old males.

The victim failed to show up for work for four days, and deputies found his body. They arrested two teenage suspects, one of which was Davies.
