Istanbul, Turkey – In a significant show of force, authorities arrested over 50 individuals during a demonstration related to the banned LGBTQ+ Pride march on Sunday. The Istanbul Bar Association confirmed that among those detained were four members of its Human Rights Centre, who faced what the organization described as arbitrary and unlawful detentions.
