Bear: FX Confirms Season 5 of Emmy-Winning Comedy, Fans Can’t Wait Until 2026!

Los Angeles, California — FX has officially announced a fifth season of the acclaimed comedy series “The Bear,” just days after the highly anticipated fourth season premiered. The Emmy-winning show, which stars Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, is set to debut its new season in 2026.

FX Chairman John Landgraf praised the show’s enduring popularity, citing a significant viewership spike for the latest season. “The Bear continues to capture the hearts of fans globally, and their enthusiastic response this season mirrors the success of past years,” he said. Landgraf credited the creative team, including showrunner Chris Storer, for consistently delivering a standout experience for viewers.

In the fourth season, the series follows Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto (White), Sydney Adamu (Edebiri), and Richard “Richie” Jerimovich (Moss-Bachrach) as they confront fresh challenges in their culinary journey. The characters are focused not only on survival but on elevating their restaurant’s status. The narrative explores themes of growth and the complexities of maintaining one’s vision amidst adversity.
