(AbsoluteNews.com) – In 2016, when Donald Trump was running for president, he released a list of potential Supreme Court nominees so voters would know who he wanted to put on the bench. He recently did it again in the lead up to his reelection race and challenged Democratic nominee Joe Biden to do the same. It seems the former vice president isn’t eager to let the country know who he wants to put on the high court.
During a September 20 campaign event at the Constitution Center in Philadelphia, Biden said he isn’t going to release a list of potential nominees. He claimed it’ll politicize the process. Then Biden claimed Trump is proving the Right is using a SCOTUS nominee to “gin up emotions and anger.” During another interview, the former VP said voters don’t have the right to know until he’s elected.

The president says Biden is trying to conceal the radical leftists he wants to put on the court. In the wake of Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death and the vacancy she left on the Supreme Court, it’s more important now than ever, that voters know who each candidate wants on the court.
