Custody Battle Unveiled: Post Malone’s Ex Files for Sole Custody in LA Court – Shocking New Details!

Los Angeles, California – Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, the ex-fiancée of rapper Post Malone, has filed for custody of their two-year-old daughter in Los Angeles Superior Court. The court documents obtained by Rolling Stone on Friday reveal that Park is seeking primary physical custody of their daughter, referred to only by her initials as DDP. Park is also requesting joint legal custody and is open to Malone having visitation rights. Additionally, the filing asks that Malone cover the legal costs related to the custody proceedings.

According to another document seen by Rolling Stone, Park stated that their child has been in her care exclusively since November 2024. Prior to that, the child had lived with both parents from her birth on May 26, 2022, up until November 2024. Representatives for Malone and a lawyer for Park have yet to respond to requests for comment on the matter.

In a previous interview with CBS Sunday Morning last August, Post Malone shared how fatherhood has profoundly impacted his life and career. He expressed that becoming a father has been a life-changing experience, stating, “changes your life in the best way ever. And the most beautiful thing is, she has a beautiful mom.”

Post Malone has been vocal about his desire to keep his family life private. In a 2023 interview with CR Fashion Book, he explained his decision not to share photos of his daughter, emphasizing the importance of allowing her to make her own choices about privacy when she is ready. Malone credited his daughter and her mother for helping him through difficult times, stating, “Four years ago, I was on a rough path. It was terrible.”
