In documents submitted Friday to a federal court, Druski contends that the legal team failed to vet the details surrounding Parham’s allegations. She accuses him of raping her in Northern California on March 23, 2018, an incident purportedly involving other high-profile individuals. However, Druski highlights inconsistencies in Parham’s police report, which names only one other assailant, Shane Pearce, and does not reference any additional attackers.
Druski’s legal team argues that the police report could have easily been accessed by Parham’s attorneys, raising questions about their diligence in pursuing the case. He contends that they should have uncovered evidence indicating he was in Georgia at the time of the alleged incident.
At the time of the accusation, Druski was not yet a well-known figure and was working as a waiter. He has included documentation in his court filing that shows he was employed at Outback Steakhouse during that period, in addition to other job applications he submitted shortly afterward. He asserts that he was living paycheck to paycheck and had no connection to the celebrity scene.
Furthermore, Druski has provided phone records showing that all his calls from March 19 to March 30, 2018, were made from Georgia, along with a bank statement that confirms a purchase made at a Georgia gas station on March 23. These details, he argues, establish a clear alibi, indicating he was approximately 3,000 miles away from the alleged crime scene.
He is not only seeking the dismissal of the lawsuit but is also calling for the court to impose sanctions on Parham’s attorneys for what he sees as a lack of thorough investigation into the claims.
