The report largely focused on Priest Peter Hullermann who was accused of abusing children in the 1970s and ‘80s. Even though he went to jail for victimizing the kids, he was allowed to remain in the church. The report found more than 3,600 people who were abused in the Catholic Church in Germany from 1946 through 2014. More than half of the victims were under the age of 13.
