(AbsoluteNews.com) – President Donald Trump isn’t giving up his fight to ensure the election was fair. On Monday, November 23, his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani updated the country on where the current lawsuits stand — and whether he believes Trump can win the fight for the White House.
During an interview with Fox Business, Giuliani said he thinks “one fair decision” will flip the election to Trump’s favor. The former New York City mayor said the “facts are there,” but the campaign just needs to be able to get a court to listen to them. So far, he’s been mostly unsuccessful in that respect.
Giuliani’s comments came on the same day the General Services Administration (GSA) announced it allowed Joe Biden’s transition to move forward. Trump said he agrees with the decision because it’s in the “best interest of the country,” but he isn’t going to “give up the good fight.”
I want to thank Emily Murphy at GSA for her steadfast dedication and loyalty to our Country. She has been harassed, threatened, and abused – and I do not want to see this happen to her, her family, or employees of GSA. Our case STRONGLY continues, we will keep up the good…

According to federal law, all of the state election lawsuits must be concluded by December 8. That gives the Trump Campaign roughly two weeks to get in front of a court that will listen to the evidence Giuliani is putting forward.
