Google Fi Launches $35 Unlimited Essentials Plan With 30GB High-Speed Data – Big Changes Revealed

Mountain View, California – Google Fi has introduced a new Unlimited Essentials plan, offering customers an affordable option at $35 per month for one line. The plan includes unlimited calls, texts, and data, as well as access to 30GB of high-speed data. Along with this new plan, Google Fi has renamed its Simply Unlimited plan to Unlimited Standard, priced at $50 per month for one line. The Unlimited Standard plan now provides up to 50GB of high-speed data, allowing users to maximize their data usage without experiencing any slowdowns.

Moreover, Google Fi has increased the high-speed data cap on its Unlimited Premium plan to 100GB, up from 50GB previously. While the plan remains at $65 per month for one line, it no longer offers unlimited high-speed hotspot tethering and now has a 50GB limit. The company has also expanded its services to allow users to connect a secondary tablet or laptop with a data-only eSIM, which is included in devices like Apple’s newest iPad Air and iPad Pro.

To add a device with an eSIM to your plan, users can navigate to fi.google.com/account from their phone, select Manage plan, and then tap Connect your tablet. By scanning a QR code with the tablet or laptop, users can connect their secondary device to the internet at no extra cost. In addition, Google Fi is now enabling iPhones and Android phones access to international 5G coverage, with over 92 countries covered for users on its Unlimited Premium and Flexible plans.

Furthermore, Google Fi is introducing the ability to access voicemails from the Phone app instead of the Fi app in the upcoming weeks. These updates aim to enhance the user experience and provide customers with more flexibility and options when it comes to their mobile plans.
