(AbsoluteNews.com) – Prior to the 2020 election, Democratic lawmakers across the country allegedly changed election laws to make it easier to vote during the pandemic. Republicans believed it left the election open to fraud and argued against most of the changes. One state has now been told what it did was wrong.
Virginia was one of the states where the laws were changed. Specifically, the Board of Elections allegedly changed the law and allowed ballots “that arrived without a postmark up to three days after the election” to be counted. On Monday, January 25, the Public Interest Legal Foundation announced Virginia Circuit Court Judge William Eldridge ruled the change was illegal and permanently banned the practice.

The decision is a huge win for the integrity of elections. Leftists in Virginia tried to fundamentally change the system, and now this judge has stopped it from ever happening again. Hopefully, more judges follow suit and prevent another election like 2020.
