LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – Kim Porter’s children have come forward to dispel rumors surrounding their late mother’s alleged memoir, stating that the claims are false. Following their statement released on social media, Christian (King) Combs, D’Lila and Jessie Combs, as well as Quincy Brown, expressed their concerns about the misinformation circulating in the media.
Reports had surfaced that Porter had written a memoir titled “KIM’S LOST WORDS: A Journey for Justice, From the Other Side,” allegedly saved on a hard drive and later released by a Los Angeles record producer under a pseudonym. However, Porter’s children have vehemently denied these claims, asserting that their mother did not write a book and anyone purporting to have a manuscript is misrepresenting themselves.
Quincy Brown recently took to Instagram to call for an investigation into Porter’s 2018 death, insinuating that her knowledge of alleged sex trafficking by Sean “Diddy” Combs led to her demise. In response, Porter’s children have refuted these allegations, emphasizing that their mother’s death was not a result of foul play, but a tragic loss that shattered their lives.
The children expressed their deep sadness over the public speculation and conspiracy theories surrounding their mother’s passing, urging for respect and peace to honor her memory. Emphasizing Porter’s legacy as a beautiful, strong, and loving woman, they requested that she be remembered with dignity, free from unfounded rumors and sensationalism.
Kim Porter was discovered deceased at her home in Toluca Lake, California, in 2018, following days of flu-like symptoms. Initially listed as “deferred,” the cause of her death was later determined to be lobar pneumonia by the coroner. As her children continue to mourn and cope with their loss, they seek to preserve their mother’s legacy and ensure she rests in peace with the love and respect she deserves.
