Man arrested after stalking two female neighbors

DANIA BEACH, FL – A man from Dania Beach finds himself in legal trouble once again after being accused of stalking and harassing two of his female neighbors. Quintus Lee, who has a history of criminal behavior, was arrested after allegedly writing threatening notes and engaging in disturbing acts.

The latest incident unfolded last Thursday in a neighborhood near Northwest 14th Way and Northwest 1st Street. According to the arrest report, one of the victims captured Lee on her home surveillance camera, where he was seen exposing himself and engaging in inappropriate behavior while looking toward her house. This unsettling event occurred shortly after he faced similar accusations from another female neighbor.

Earlier this year, on March 1, Lee was arrested for allegedly stalking a different neighbor, marking a pattern of behavior that has left the community on edge. Authorities report that he left a menacing letter on the walkway outside the victim’s home, further escalating concerns for her safety.

In court on Tuesday, Lee was vocal, attempting to explain the situation while referencing his prior arrest. Despite his defense, the judge found probable cause to continue with the charges, noting that Lee had been arrested for similar actions just days before.

Lee’s criminal history is extensive, including nearly nine years in state prison for charges such as grand theft auto with a weapon. His aunt, present in court, defended him, claiming he is not a violent person and is trying to turn his life around. However, the judge remained unconvinced, citing the repeated nature of his offenses.

Both victims declined to be interviewed, expressing their fear of Lee. The judge set Lee’s bond at $15,000, requiring him to wear a GPS monitor and prohibiting any contact with the victims. The community remains watchful as the legal proceedings continue, hoping for a resolution that ensures safety and justice.
