Nancy Pelosi’s Majority in House on Edge of Being Lost

( – In 2020, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) suffered massive losses in her caucus. Her healthy majority shrank to the slimmest since the 1940s. That’s not good news for the Democratic Party as the 2022 midterms approach.

Historically, the party that has the White House loses seats in the midterm elections. If Pelosi’s margin was wide, that might not be such a big deal, but she can only afford to lose a handful of seats. It’s going to be a tough fight, especially since former President Donald Trump is getting involved. On June 5, Trump said he believes the Republican Party is going to do really well next year and will be able to “get rid of Nancy Pelosi.”

In addition to the former president throwing himself into the midterms by endorsing candidates and campaigning against Democrats, the Left’s policies aren’t great. The recent wave of crime could wipe out the ‘defund the police movement’ and dethrone Pelosi. With less than a year and a half left before Americans cast their ballots, the odds of Democrats holding onto the House aren’t looking good.
