According to the submitted request for the restraining order, Ben-Cohen claimed that Gharachedaghi accosted her while she was shopping at a Bloomingdale’s department store. Allegedly, Gharachedaghi forced Ben-Cohen to leave the store for a conversation away from cameras. A representative for Gharachedaghi declined to comment on the situation.

Ben-Cohen further claimed in the filing that Gharachedaghi verbally attacked her, recording the encounter on her phone and hurling derogatory remarks. The incident reportedly escalated as the two approached a security guard, with Ben-Cohen feeling threatened and scared for her safety.

In her filing, Ben-Cohen detailed how Gharachedaghi continued to antagonize her, with the security guard eventually intervening to stop the escalating situation.
