London, England – The cause of death of legendary singer Sinead O’Connor has been officially revealed on the anniversary of her tragic passing. O’Connor, aged 56, was found unresponsive in her apartment in southeast London in July of last year. Her death was formally registered by her husband John Reynolds in Lambeth, London. The Irish music icon’s death certificate confirmed that she passed away from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma, with a respiratory tract infection also present at the time of her death.
