Channelview Texas Deputy Sheriff Ed Gonzalez is asking anyone with information to contact his office after two men were allegedly shot and killed by a teenager with a shotgun while trying to break into a home Friday night.
According to homicide release records, at approximately 10:40 p.m. in Channelview, Texas, deputies responded to an alarm in the 16000 block of First Street.
The deputies located two unresponsive men on the lawn to the side of the house with apparent gunshot wounds.
The investigation determined that both victims and a third unidentified male attempted breaking into a home occupied by an adult female, a 12-year-old boy, and two 17-year-old boys. The suspects were armed and wearing masks.
Two suspects were struck by a shotgun fired several times by one of the 17-year-olds.
