Trump Will Campaign in Georgia to Support the GOP Senate Candidates
(UnitedVoice.com) – With the GOP’s Senate majority hanging on January’s runoff elections in Georgia, President Trump is pulling out all the stops to support the Republican incumbents. He announced on Saturday night that he’s heading back to the state on January 4 to hold an election-eve rally.
The president gave a stump speech in Georgia on December 5, telling a cheering crowd that while the election was rigged, right now the important thing is to keep the Senate under Republican control. He said that if Republicans don’t vote the socialists will win, and he’s stayed with that message ever since.

Some Georgia Republicans, including Georgia governor Brad Raffensperger, have failed to back Trump over the election scandal, but the president is standing by Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler. He’s not the only one, either. Ivanka Trump was in Georgia on Monday to campaign with Perdue and Loeffler. The First Family will back its Georgia senators until the runoffs are safely won.
