Sandston, Virginia – The reality TV star known for appearing on “16 and Pregnant,” Autumn Crittendon, tragically passed away at the age of 27 in Sandston, Virginia.
Authorities from the Henrico County Police Department responded to a call from a residence in Sandston around 3:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 20. Upon arrival, they discovered an unresponsive adult woman, later identified as Autumn Oxley, who was pronounced deceased at the scene despite efforts from Henrico Fire to save her.
The police are currently treating the incident as a death investigation and are collaborating with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the exact cause and manner of Crittendon’s death.
In recent months, the “16 and Pregnant” community has mourned the loss of another alum, Sean Garinger, who tragically passed away in an ATV accident due to blunt force injury to the head at the young age of 20.
Garinger’s mother, Mary Hobbs, recounted the devastating moment when the ATV overturned and crushed her son’s skull, leaving him unresponsive. Despite her efforts to seek help from neighbors, Garinger had already succumbed to his injuries.
