A woman and her two daughters were shot by her boyfriend

BRADFORD COUNTY, FL – A tragic domestic dispute ended in the death of a woman and her two adult daughters early Tuesday morning in North Florida. The alleged shooter, Johnnie Bernard Brown, 46, was apprehended by authorities after an 11-year-old girl in the home contacted 911.

Bradford County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Brad Smith characterized the incident as a domestic altercation. Upon arriving at the scene, deputies discovered Brown in the front yard of the home, bearing several lacerations. Brown and the young girl were promptly transported to a Gainesville hospital for treatment and were later released. Brown was then taken into custody.

Inside the residence, law enforcement officials discovered the lifeless bodies of Quanique Robinson, 49, Danisha Sims, 27, and Windshay Roddey, 25. According to Brown’s statement to investigators, a heated argument escalated when one of the women allegedly attacked him with a knife, leading him to open fire.

Brown now faces a slew of charges, including three counts of murder and one count of attempted murder. No attorney representing Brown has been listed in jail records.
