Abducted woman’s body found in burned out car

SEMINOLE COUNTY, FL – Florida law enforcement officials believe they have uncovered the deceased body of Katherine Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvias, 31, following her daylight abduction on Thursday. Though the body and vehicle were so severely burned, making confirmation difficult, Seminole County Sheriff Dennis Lemma asserted that the circumstances closely correlate with the kidnapping incident.

Just south of Orlando, Guerrero De Aguasvias’ SUV was discovered ablaze in a remote area. Prior to this disturbing discovery, the woman’s violent abduction was recorded by a trailing driver who had observed a green Acura tailing Guerrero De Aguasvias for over half a mile. The Acura rammed into the back of her Dodge Durango repeatedly, which made her phone her husband seeking help.

Upon her husband’s advice to keep driving, Guerrero De Aguasvias was stopped at a red light where she was forcibly taken.

Just 17 miles from the kidnapping site, police discovered Guerrero De Aguasvias’ flaming vehicle within close proximity of a construction zone.

According to Lemma, approximately twelve shell casings scattered across the site, align with the kidnapper’s 10mm handgun. Although authorities are confident that Guerrero De Aguasvias was the intended target, the assault’s motive behind the deadly attack remains a mystery.
