Beverly Hills, California – The entertainment industry is in shock over the tragic death of Cole Brings Plenty, the talented actor known for his role as Pete Plenty Clouds on the “Yellowstone” spinoff series “1923.” Brings Plenty, aged 27, was found deceased in Kansas a week after he went missing.
Authorities in Johnson County, Kansas, revealed that Brings Plenty had been a suspect in a domestic violence case. His body was discovered in a wooded area following a report of an abandoned vehicle nearby. While the investigation is ongoing, officials have confirmed that the medical examiner and investigators are on the scene to gather more information.
Aside from his role in “Yellowstone” and “1923,” Brings Plenty also appeared in other productions like “Into the Wild Frontier” and “The Tall Tales of Jim Bridger.” Reports from Rapid City, South Dakota, indicated that he was a student at Haskell Indian Nations University.
Throughout the search for Brings Plenty, his uncle Mo Brings Plenty, a fellow actor on “Yellowstone,” took to social media to solicit help from the community. Authorities from the Lawrence Police Department disclosed that Brings Plenty was allegedly involved in a domestic violence incident prior to his disappearance. In response to reports of a woman calling for help, officers identified Brings Plenty as the suspect, who had fled the scene before their arrival. Surveillance footage captured him leaving the city immediately after the incident, heading southbound on 59 Highway.
“We have identified him as the suspect, possess probable cause for his arrest, and have alerted local agencies,” the statement from the Lawrence Police Department mentioned.
