AI-Powered Surface Pro 10 and Laptop 6 for Business Unveiled by Microsoft – Exclusive Business Offer!

New York, NY – Microsoft is preparing for a groundbreaking “year of the AI PC” with the introduction of two new Surface devices exclusively catered to business users. The Surface Pro 10 for Business and the Surface Laptop 6 for Business are equipped with Intel’s latest Core Ultra processors, Microsoft’s innovative Copilot key, and a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) designed to enhance AI features in Windows 11. Microsoft touts them as the “first Surface AI PCs built exclusively for business.”

While the exterior design of both devices remains unchanged, the Surface Pro 10 for Business resembles the Intel version of the Surface Pro 9, while the Surface Laptop 6 for Business includes an additional USB-C Thunderbolt 4 port and an optional smart card reader. Commercial customers can expect shipments to begin on April 9th.

Microsoft, typically trailing in adopting the latest Intel chips for Surface devices, is among the first to launch Intel’s new Core Ultra processors with the Surface Pro 10 for Business. Customers can choose between Core Ultra 5 135U and Core Ultra 7 165U options, with a base specification of 8GB of memory expandable up to 64GB of RAM. The base model, priced at $1,199, will also feature a 256GB Gen4 SSD, two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, and up to 19 hours of battery life.

Notably, the Surface Pro 10 for Business boasts a revamped 13-inch display with an antireflective coating and 33% more brightness. Despite rumors suggesting an OLED display, Microsoft clarifies that the device will ship with an LCD display.

Moreover, the Surface Pro 10 for Business features a vastly improved front-facing camera with a 114-degree field of view, recording in 1440p resolution. Enhanced with the NPU chip, users can access Windows Studio Effects for background blur and framing during video calls.

In addition to an NFC reader and a forthcoming 5G option, the Surface Pro 10 for Business offers increased serviceability, with QR codes on internal components and clear markings for easier identification of screws.

On the other hand, the Surface Laptop 6 for Business has been completely redesigned internally, equipped with Intel’s Core Ultra H-series chips for enhanced performance. Offering Core Ultra 5 135H and Core Ultra 7 165H options, the laptop starts at $1,199 with 8GB of RAM (configurable up to 64GB) and up to 1TB of storage.

With no significant display changes, the Surface Laptop 6 for Business now features an antireflective coating and an upgraded 1080p front-facing camera. Microsoft promises a twofold increase in speed compared to its predecessor, a smart card reader option, and the new Copilot key for access to AI features in Windows 11.

Both devices are tailored exclusively for business use, sold through Microsoft’s channels and authorized resellers. Microsoft’s commitment to consumer products remains firm, with plans to unveil consumer-focused versions at a later time.

Microsoft’s dedication to innovation is further underscored by plans to unveil new AI features for Windows 11 at a forthcoming event, promising a seamless integration with the NPU chips in both the Surface Pro 10 for Business and the Surface Laptop 6 for Business. Shipping begins on April 9th, starting at $1,199.
