Trenton, New Jersey – A suspected gunman responsible for a series of deadly shootings in Pennsylvania has been apprehended in neighboring New Jersey, according to police officials. The suspect, identified as Andre Gordon, was accused of killing three individuals in Levittown before fleeing across state lines to Trenton.
Authorities reported that after the suspect entered a residence in Trenton where residents were present, they were able to safely evacuate the individuals before taking Gordon into custody peacefully and unharmed. The victims of the shootings in Levittown included Mr. Gordon’s 52-year-old stepmother, Karen Gordon, his 13-year-old sister, Kera Gordon, and the mother of his children, 25-year-old Taylor Daniel, who tragically lost her life in the violent incident. Additionally, another individual was injured during the attacks and is currently recovering in the hospital.
According to law enforcement officials, following the shootings, Gordon allegedly carjacked an individual at a dollar store before seeking refuge in the Trenton residence where the standoff occurred.
