After transitioning to the southbound 405, the driver of the stolen white Kia Soul lost control while trying to change lanes, causing a collision with another vehicle. Video footage captured by Sky5 showed extensive damage to the vehicle, with the hood popped up and airbags deployed inside the car. Police quickly surrounded the suspect’s vehicle with guns drawn as the man, wearing a hooded sweatshirt, surrendered by raising his hands.
