Conjoined Twin Abby Hensel’s Surprising Marriage Update is Too Adorable to Miss!

Minnesota, USA – Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel, known for their TLC reality series, have added a new member to their family. Abby, the left-side twin, tied the knot with Josh Bowling, a nurse and U.S. Army veteran, in 2021. The couple resides in their home state of Minnesota.

After the conclusion of their show “Abby & Brittany” in 2012, the twins have maintained a private life in Minnesota. Both Abby and Brittany, now 34, work as fifth-grade teachers, as reported by the “Today” show, which obtained marriage records for the sisters.

The couple revealed their marriage publicly in 2023 through photos shared on TikTok. A video from a wedding guest captured an intimate moment of Abby and Josh dancing at their wedding reception, with Brittany by their side.

Born in 1990, the Hensel twins, who appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” in 1996, were born as dicephalus conjoined twins, sharing a bloodstream and all organs below the waist. Abby controls the right side, while Brittany controls the left.

Despite the challenges of being conjoined twins, the pair has achieved significant milestones, including obtaining their driver’s licenses, graduating from college, and traveling to Europe. An exploration of the possibility of motherhood is discussed in a documentary where Brittany expresses interest in becoming a mother in the future.

Abby’s husband already has a child from a previous relationship, as depicted on his Facebook page, where the blended family is shown enjoying various activities together. The Hensel twins have yet to disclose any plans of expanding their own family.
