Divorce Official: Ariana Grande Pays $1.25m Settlement to Dalton Gomez After Three-Year Marriage

Los Angeles, California – After three years of marriage, singer Ariana Grande and real estate broker Dalton Gomez have finalized their divorce. The Los Angeles Superior Court recently approved the split, with Grande agreeing to a one-time payment of $1.25 million to Gomez.

Grande, a two-time Grammy Award winner, filed for divorce six months ago, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple’s relationship began in January 2020 and they tied the knot in a small ceremony at Grande’s home in Montecito, California, in May 2021.

As part of their settlement, Gomez will receive half the proceeds from the sale of their Los Angeles home. Grande will also cover up to $25,000 in legal fees for Gomez, with no future alimony included in the agreement.

The couple separated over a year ago, with a prenuptial agreement in place. Due to no legal disputes and no children involved, the divorce was able to be finalized quickly.

Gomez, who has been working in the luxury real estate market for a decade, was raised in southern California. He and Grande were first seen publicly together in February 2020 and later made appearances in music videos together.

In addition to her music career, Grande is set to star in the upcoming film adaptation of the musical Wicked, alongside other notable actors. The film is scheduled for release in November. Grande’s latest studio album, Eternal Sunshine, was released earlier this month.

The pop star’s journey has not been without tribulations, as she faced tragedy in 2017 when a terrorist attack rocked one of her performances in the UK, claiming the lives of 22 people. Despite the challenges, Grande continues to pursue her career in music and acting.
