Divorce Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied Finalize Divorce After 11 Years – Exclusive Details!

Toronto, Ontario – After 11 years of marriage, Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied have officially divorced. The Oscar-winning actor filed for divorce from the French choreographer in July in France, where the couple lived with their two children. Representatives for both Portman and Millepied did not respond immediately to inquiries regarding the divorce.

The couple first met on the set of “Black Swan,” the film for which Portman won the best actress Oscar in 2010. Following their wedding in California in August 2012, they welcomed a son named Aleph and a daughter named Amalia, aged 12 and 7 respectively.

Portman recently starred in Todd Haynes’ “May December,” alongside Julianne Moore and Charles Melton. The film is nominated for a best original screenplay Oscar. Her portrayal of Elizabeth Berry earned her a Golden Globe nomination for best actress. Portman’s upcoming projects include starring in Guy Ritchie’s heist film “Fountain of Youth” and producing the Apple TV+ limited series “Lady in the Lake.”

Millepied, on the other hand, recently choreographed scenes for Denis Villeneuve’s “Dune: Part Two.” His directorial debut came in 2022 with “Carmen,” a musical drama featuring Melissa Barrera and Paul Mescal.

The reasons for the divorce were not disclosed, but the former partners are now moving forward individually in their respective careers. Portman and Millepied have yet to publicly comment on the divorce.
