FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A disturbing new court filing alleges that former Miami Dolphins star cornerback Xavien Howard sent a sexually explicit photograph to a male teenager of the teen’s mother after she refused to have an abortion. The lawsuit, filed last year by a woman unrelated to the teenager, accuses Howard, 30, of secretly recording their intimate moments and sharing them without consent.
According to the lawsuit, attorneys representing the woman are seeking to add the teenager, now 18, as a plaintiff against Howard. The teenager is the son of another woman who reportedly had a relationship with Howard and was also recorded engaging in sexual acts with him, although she has not pursued legal action against him.
In a filing by attorneys Cam Justice and Adriana Alcalde, they describe Howard as operating through intimidation and force, leaving destruction in his wake and altering the lives of those around him.
