**Exotic:** Unlocking The Final Shape Exotic Armor Faster – New Destiny 2 Changes Unveiled

Los Angeles, California – Destiny 2 players will need to adapt their preparation strategies as the game’s economy and farming system undergo significant changes with the upcoming release of The Final Shape. According to developers at Bungie, the new update will introduce a unique approach to obtaining exotic armor, requiring players to rank up Rahool through focusing or decrypting engrams to gain XP boosts.

One significant change is the introduction of a new system for acquiring exotic armor set to launch with The Final Shape. Players will now need a full collection of exotic engrams to rank up Rahool, allowing them to focus on obtaining new Final Shape/Echoes exotics. The process involves high cost exotic engram focusing for maximum XP gain, while normal exotics and Prime engrams also contribute to leveling up Rahool.

To efficiently stock up on exotic engrams, players can look to a variety of sources. Milestones that previously rewarded powerful gear will now offer exotic engram drops instead, allowing players to save them up for future use. Additionally, exotic engrams can be obtained through the season pass, random world drops, high-level content like Nightfalls, vendor resets, and legend and master Lost Sectors.

In addition to exotic engrams, players will also need to collect Ascendant Shards to focus their exotics and earn more XP. Bungie suggests stocking up on Ascendant Shards, which can be acquired from vendor resets, Nightfalls, Onslaught chests, Trials chests, master dungeons, high-tier Coil/seasonal activities, and purchases from Rahool using Prisms and Glimmer.

Another crucial resource in the new system is Exotic Ciphers, used to focus new gear. These can be obtained from Xur through activity-based bounties and in the seasonal battle pass. However, as there is a cap of five Exotic Ciphers, players may need to plan strategically to acquire all desired exotics when The Final Shape is released.

Overall, these changes aim to streamline the process of acquiring exotics in Destiny 2, offering players a more efficient alternative to conventional RNG farming methods. While the new system may seem daunting at first, it promises to help players obtain sought-after gear more quickly and effectively than before.
