Four kidnapped women held captive in shipping container

SMITHFIELD TWP., PA – A shocking case has emerged from Smithfield Township, Pennsylvania, where two men have allegedly kidnapped four women and held them captive in a shipping container. The Pennsylvania detectives unearthed this case due to a tip-off early Tuesday.

The suspects, 29-year-old Davaun Carlon Jackson and 19-year-old Isaiah Rogers-Keeney, have been slapped with multiple felony charges, including kidnapping, rape, and others. According to the investigation, two of the four victims had witnessed a shooting incident in Wilkes-Barre on Monday. After the shooting, Jackson commanded them to board a Ford Flex SUV hinting at an “811 protocol”, interpreted as a threat to their lives.

The investigators revealed that the SUV, guided by Rogers-Keeney, was already carrying two female victims. The vehicle was driven to Jackson’s property in Monroe County’s Smithfield Township. It is reported that some of the women were bound in an office at the location.

In a horrifying revelation, the reports suggest Jackson, armed with a chainsaw, sledgehammer, and an axe, threatened the women to either engage in sexual activity with him or face bodily harm. Allegedly, Jackson raped at least two victims as they were confined within a shipping container on the property.

Tuesday morning saw a ray of hope when the victims received their phones and reached out to a known person for help. Two women used this opportunity to escape from captivity. As for Jackson and Rogers-Keeney, they tried to flee the scene with the other victims to Mount Pocono. However, thanks to a quick response by the police, they nabbed the suspects in a Walmart parking lot.

There is currently no confirmed information on the victims’ ages, except that one of the victims is a minor aged 17. Both the suspects have been denied bail pending court proceedings.
