Homeland Security Raids, “Diddy” Combs’ Properties In Search Clickbait Ambush

Los Angeles, California – Lawyers representing Sean “Diddy” Combs accused Homeland Security Investigation officials of using excessive force during raids on properties linked to the rapper in Los Angeles and Miami. The raids were part of an ongoing investigation, and Combs’ attorney, Aaron Dryer, condemned the actions as an “unprecedented ambush” that showed a “gross overuse of military-level force.”

Video footage from Fox 11 in Los Angeles captured the scene outside Combs’ mansion, where his sons, Justin and Christian “King” Combs, were temporarily handcuffed. Dryer expressed outrage over the treatment of Combs’ family and employees, calling the show of force unnecessary and hostile.

In a separate incident at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, federal agents stopped Combs and confiscated electronic devices from him. Despite the encounter, Dryer confirmed that Combs was not detained and cooperated with authorities. He emphasized that Combs and his family members were neither arrested nor restricted in their travel.

While Homeland Security Investigations provided limited details about the raids and the ongoing investigation, Dryer criticized the actions as a premature rush to judgment, branding them as a witch hunt based on unsubstantiated claims. He maintained Combs’ innocence and vowed to vigorously defend against the accusations.

The raids occurred amidst a series of civil lawsuits filed against Combs and individuals in his inner circle, alleging offenses such as sex trafficking, sexual assault, and domestic violence. One lawsuit, brought by producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, was updated to include actor Cuba Gooding Jr. as a defendant. The suit accuses Combs of groping Jones and coercing him into illicit activities, while also implicating Gooding in harassment and assault.

Additionally, singer Cassie Ventura previously filed a lawsuit against Combs, alleging years of sexual misconduct, harassment, and rape. The suit was settled shortly after filing, but Combs has not faced criminal charges related to any of the allegations. Through legal representation, Combs continues to assert his innocence and refute the claims made against him.
