“Evil God Korone” stems from a unique collaboration between the popular online Japanese horror game, “Tsugunohi,” and the VTuber Inugami Korone from “hololive.” The game was initially introduced as part of Inugami Korone’s birthday project in October 2021. It has garnered significant attention since its release, with a special live stream on YouTube channel “Korone Ch. Inugami Korone” drawing in over 30,000 viewers and accumulating 770,000 views.

Described as a brainwashing horror game that instills terror into everyday life, “Evil God Korone” offers players a chilling experience through its clever execution of fear-inducing elements. Involving Inugami Korone as a menacing threat within the game adds a unique touch, along with special effects and surprises that keep players engaged throughout.

The game’s storyline follows a male student whose mundane life takes a drastic turn after encountering a peculiar billboard associated with Inugami Korone. By uttering a specific word in front of the sign, his reality is swiftly transformed, setting the stage for a gripping and immersive gameplay experience.

Inugami Korone, known for her role as a bakery storekeeper and avid gamer, joined “hololive” in April 2019. As a member of the “hololive GAMERS” unit focused on live gaming content, she has amassed over 2.08 million subscribers on her YouTube channel as of April 2024.

With its successful debut on multiple platforms, “Evil God Korone” continues to captivate players with its innovative approach to horror gaming, inviting them to immerse themselves in a world where fear and intrigue intertwine.
