Los Angeles, California – A federal investigation targeting Sean “Diddy” Combs led to searches of his homes in Los Angeles and Miami on Monday, conducted by the Department of Homeland Security. The searches were conducted as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation, with authorities believing that Combs may have armed private security at each of his residences.
Combs, who has denied all allegations of sexual misconduct, has faced a series of lawsuits in recent months. Notably, singer Cassie Ventura accused Combs of rape and forced sex trafficking in a lawsuit filed in New York. Another woman, Joi Dickerson-Neal, alleged that Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her in 1991.
In response to the allegations, Combs has vehemently denied any wrongdoing, with his attorney calling the claims “lies” and “pure fiction.” The recent lawsuit filed by one of Combs’ former employees further accused him of leading a criminal sex trafficking organization.
Law enforcement officers were seen surrounding Combs’ properties in Los Angeles and Miami, with at least one armored vehicle arriving on the scene. Authorities were spotted processing paperwork outside the Miami residence, with a search warrant execution carried out at the Star Island property.
