Jennifer Garner in Negotiations to Star in Netflix Crime Thriller Alongside Matt Damon – Exclusive Details Inside!

LOS ANGELES, California – Actress Jennifer Garner is in talks to star in the upcoming crime thriller “Animals” alongside Matt Damon, according to sources.

The film, directed by Ben Affleck, revolves around a mayoral candidate and his wife whose son is kidnapped, leaving them with no choice but to navigate through a web of political and personal enemies to save their child.

Garner, known for her diverse roles in comedies, rom-coms, and thrillers, is no stranger to Netflix, having appeared in successful projects such as “Family Switch,” “The Adam Project,” and “Yes Day.”

While Garner and Affleck have shared the screen in the past, their professional relationship has largely remained separate. Their marriage, which lasted 13 years, came to an end in 2018.

The actress’ potential involvement in “Animals” marks a possible on-screen reunion with her ex-husband. If finalized, this would be the first time Garner has been directed by Affleck.

The crime thriller, scripted by Connor McIntyre and revised by Billy Ray, is still in the pre-production stage, with plans to start filming in Los Angeles in March.

Garner, represented by CAA and Sloane Offer, continues to be a sought-after talent in Hollywood, and her potential role in “Animals” has sparked significant buzz in the industry.
