Los Angeles, California – A former assistant of Kanye West has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, alleging sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract. Lauren Pisciotta claims that West hired her in 2021 to assist with his fashion line and collaborate on three songs for his album “Donda.” She alleges that their professional relationship took a turn when West began sending sexually explicit messages, masturbating on the phone with her, and sharing pornographic videos.
According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta agreed to stop using her OnlyFans account in exchange for a $1 million-per-year salary offer from West. She was later promoted with a $4 million yearly salary but was ultimately fired in late 2022. West supposedly offered her a severance package of $3 million, which she claims she never received.
Pisciotta’s lawsuit includes accusations of breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, hostile work environment, gender discrimination, unlawful retaliation, and unpaid wages. She is seeking coverage of legal fees, compensatory and punitive damages, penalties under labor laws, and any other damages deemed appropriate by the court.
This is the third legal issue West has faced this year. In April, he was accused of racial discrimination and harassment by a former employee, and in February, he was sued by the estate of Donna Summer for unauthorized use of her music.
