Los Angeles, California – A former assistant of Kanye West has filed a lawsuit accusing the artist of sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. The lawsuit alleges that Lauren Pisciotta, who had worked in the music industry for 15 years, collaborated with West on his Yeezy women’s fashion line and his “Donda” album in 2021. West reportedly hired Pisciotta as his Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant with a $1 million annual salary, requiring her to be available to him around the clock.
According to the complaint, West initially had no issue with Pisciotta’s OnlyFans account but later allegedly demanded its deletion in exchange for $1 million. Following the deletion, Pisciotta claimed to have received explicit messages from West, including an incident where he masturbated in front of her. The lawsuit also details disturbing messages allegedly sent by West, including explicit sexual content and discussions of race.
In addition to the allegations of sexual harassment, the lawsuit claims that West would instruct Pisciotta to provide him with a sexual enhancement “honey” before his encounters, among other inappropriate behaviors. One particularly disturbing incident described in the lawsuit involves an alleged incident on an overnight flight to Paris where West reportedly engaged in inappropriate behavior with Pisciotta.
Furthermore, the lawsuit states that Pisciotta was promoted to Chief of Staff for West’s various companies but was later fired and did not receive the promised severance package. Along with the claims of sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination, Pisciotta is also suing West and his Yeezy companies for fraud, unpaid wages, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
