Kirkland, New York – Two men tragically lost their lives in an unfortunate accident at a farm in Kirkland, New York, when they fell into a manure tanker. The Kirkland Police Department reported that one man was attempting to retrieve a piece of equipment that fell into the tanker when he passed out and fell inside. The second man also passed out and fell in as he tried to help his companion.
The incident occurred on Thursday morning, less than 50 miles east of Syracuse, New York. Authorities identified the victims as Nathan Doody, 33, and Tyler Memory, 29. Despite efforts by workers at the farm to rescue them, the men were rushed to the hospital where they were unfortunately pronounced dead.

In high concentrations, these gases can be lethal to both humans and livestock.
