Mass shooting leaves 3 dead, 12 more injured

STOCKTON, AL – In a terrifying incident in northern Baldwin County, a mass shooting broke out and caused several fatalities. Three individuals were confirmed dead and multiple people were injured as a result of a shooting on Saturday night, according to Andre Reid of the Baldwin County Investigation Division.

The shooting erupted during a May Day party held near Stockton, attended by approximately 1,000 individuals when an argument led to fatal gunfire. Reid clarified that there were no officers involved in the shooting, and no officers were shot or targeted during the incident.

It is reported that the victims are mostly “younger people,” and that at least one suspect has been identified as being involved in the shooting. 

There may have been another shooter, although information about their involvement remains unclear. Investigation efforts are ongoing in order to identify any other individuals who were part of the deadly mass shooting incident.

Post-incident, a large crowd assembled at the North Baldwin Infirmary in Bay Minette where some injured victims were transported. Local authorities have reported instances of altercations taking place there amidst the chaos.

The Baldwin County Investigation Division is urging anyone who has additional details about the shooting to step forward.
