West Hollywood, California – Real estate mogul Mauricio Umansky was reportedly spotted engaging in a public display of affection with a mystery woman at the Chateau Marmont, following a near encounter with two friends of his estranged wife, Kyle Richards.
An eyewitness at the scene revealed that Umansky, 54, was seen with two women at the West Hollywood hotel on a Saturday night, coincidentally at the same time as Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne were present. The source noted that Umansky seemed particularly interested in one of the women, with video footage showing him at a table with his companions.
The trio was observed having drinks brought to their table, including both sparkling and still water, before eventually closing up the bar around midnight. Rinna and Jayne reportedly walked past Umansky during the night, creating an awkward moment that did not go unnoticed by other patrons at the bar.
Despite the near encounter with Richards’ friends, Umansky allegedly did not engage in any interaction with them. Once one of the women accompanying him left, Umansky was said to have engaged in a prolonged makeout session with the other woman, continuing even as the bar was emptying out and the lights were coming up.
Umansky and Richards have been separated since at least July 2023. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was caught off guard last year when a paparazzi photo surfaced showing Umansky kissing another woman. This incident led Richards to publicly make changes to her social media presence, removing references to her marital status.
Since their separation, both Umansky and Richards have been seen with other individuals, sparking rumors of new romances. Umansky, in particular, has been spotted with different women, including a recent sighting with model Klaudia K in Aspen, Colorado. Despite speculation around Richards’ connection with musician Morgan Wade, she has maintained that they are only friends.
