The estate alleges that Katherine Jackson is attempting to have her legal fees covered by Michael Jackson’s estate, despite a deal that she is currently appealing. A significant portion of this financial support comes in the form of a monthly allowance exceeding $160,000, along with other cash payments totaling $33 million of the overall $55 million.
