**Missing** Wisconsin Toddler: Urgent Search for 3-Year-Old Elijah Vue in Two Rivers

Two Rivers, Wisconsin – Law enforcement in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 3-year-old boy named Elijah Vue. The boy has been missing for two weeks, reportedly disappearing while under the care of a man named Jesse Vang, who was in a relationship with Elijah’s mother, Katrina Baur.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Manitowoc County, Elijah Vue was last seen on February 20. Jesse Vang informed the police that he noticed the child was missing when he woke up from a nap and discovered Elijah was no longer in his home. Following the child’s disappearance, both Katrina Baur and Jesse Vang were charged with child neglect.

Police in Two Rivers are urging residents to review any surveillance footage they may have from February 19, specifically looking for a 1997 four-door Nissan Altima with a Wisconsin registration starting with “A” and ending with “0.” Authorities confirmed that Jesse Vang and Katrina Baur are not the owners of the vehicle in question.

The investigation into Elijah Vue’s disappearance has prompted a joint effort from law enforcement agencies across Wisconsin, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Division of Criminal Investigation, and Department of Natural Resources. The Two Rivers Police Department has offered a reward of up to $25,000 for any information leading to the discovery of Elijah or the individuals responsible for his disappearance.
