Lawrence, Kansas – Cole Brings Plenty, the nephew of famous actor Mo Brings Plenty known for his role in Yellowstone and the prequel 1923, tragically passed away at the age of 27. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office in Kansas made the heartbreaking announcement after locating Cole’s body in a wooded area on Friday morning. Authorities discovered his body after responding to a report about an unoccupied vehicle, with Cole found away from the vehicle.
Deputies were able to confirm the deceased male as Cole, however, the cause of his death remains unknown as the case is currently under investigation. The devastating news follows a recent social media post from Mo, urging for help in locating his missing nephew who was last seen driving a white Ford Explorer on March 31 in Lawrence, Kansas.
Concerns arose after Cole failed to show up for a scheduled appointment with his agent for a television show role, which was described as unusual behavior for him. Despite efforts to contact Cole, his family could not reach him, prompting worries for his safety and well-being.
According to sources, Cole was a student at Haskell Indian Nations University and had appeared in several episodes of Yellowstone’s spinoff 1923. Mo had previously addressed accusations against Cole related to a domestic violence incident, asserting that there was no evidence supporting claims of him being a fugitive. The Lawrence Kansas Police Department had filed for Cole’s arrest following the alleged incident that occurred on a Sunday morning.
