Murder suspect kisses victim after running him over with car

HOUSTON, TX – A gruesome crime took place on the residential streets of Houston, causing shockwaves among local residents. On May 3, 64-year-old Steven Anderson lost his life in a brutal attack on Woodridge Square Drive. The entire episode was captured on security camera footage.

The assailant, identified by police as 20-year-old Karon Fisher, initially struck Anderson with a car while the latter was going to collect his mail. The footage shows Fisher reversing the vehicle over Anderson while several neighbors rushed to assist the injured man.

In a horrifying turn of events, eyewitnesses then saw Fisher exit the vehicle armed with a knife. Although the subsequent footage was blurred out by the television station, the report suggests that Fisher turned over the injured Anderson, straddled, kissed, and subsequently inflicted nine stab wounds on him. Despite the presence of onlookers, Fisher nonchalantly walked away from the scene.

As per a Houston Police Department press release, law enforcement arrived at the scene around 7:50 p.m. local time to find Anderson unresponsive in a driveway. The victim, having suffered multiple stab wounds, was declared dead at the scene.

With help from eyewitness accounts, the authorities successfully traced and later apprehended Fisher for questioning. Fisher was subsequently charged with murder and lodged in Harris County Jail with a bond that has been set at $2 million. Furthermore, Fisher faced additional charges including assaulting hospital personnel and evading arrest with a vehicle.
