St. Paul, Minnesota – The 2024 Minnesota State Fair is set to unveil an array of new food items and vendors for fairgoers to enjoy. A total of 33 new food items and six new vendors have been announced to make their debut at this year’s fair. The fair officials unveiled the exciting lineup early Tuesday morning.
Among the new food offerings are tantalizing treats such as Deep-Fried Halloumi Cheese, Cookie Butter Crunch Mini Donuts, and Buffalo Cheese Curd & Chicken Tacos. Vendors like Chan’s Eatery and El Burrito Mercado will also be joining the array of over 1,600 items available at the nearly 300 concession stands across the fairgrounds.
Food enthusiasts can look forward to unique creations like the Nixtamal and Wild Rice Bowl, Sweet Heat Bacon Crunch, and Lady’s Slipper Marble Sundae. These innovative dishes reflect the diverse culinary experiences that fair attendees can expect at the event.
