Pitbull breeder mauled to death in his own yard

COMPTON, CA – A local resident of Compton, suspected of breeding pit bulls, met a tragic end when he was fatally attacked in his own backyard, according to information released by the Los Angeles County authorities on Friday.

The 35-year-old man, whose identity has not been disclosed yet, was found dead on Thursday night following a vicious mauling. His body was discovered by his girlfriend the next morning in the kennel area of their property, leading her to alert the authorities immediately.

According to the Sheriff’s Department, the man was in the process of feeding the dogs when it is believed a fight broke out among the animals. This altercation escalated, resulting in the dogs turning on their owner and leading to his untimely demise.

Further investigation into the incident revealed a total of 13 dogs, including eight puppies, on the property. This discovery has led authorities to suspect that the man may have been involved in the breeding and sale of pit bulls.

Following the incident, all the dogs found on the property have been handed over to county animal control officials for further action.
