Plane Crash in Arvada: 4 Rushed to Hospital – Shocking Moments Caught on Camera

Arvada, Colorado – Two adults and two juveniles were rushed to the hospital following a small plane crash in the area of Oberon and Carr on Friday morning. Emergency crews responded to the neighborhood after receiving reports of the crash around 9:30 a.m.

According to Arvada Fire Department Deputy Chief Matt Osier, four individuals with various injuries were transported to local hospitals. It remains unclear whether they were passengers on the aircraft or bystanders. The fire resulting from the crash did not spread to any other structures, Osier confirmed.

Eyewitnesses described seeing the plane hit a tree, crash into the ground, flip, slide, and catch fire in a neighbor’s driveway. One woman who was outside watering her plants recounted hearing a loud ‘Boom!’ as the plane descended. Another witness, Ericka Garcia, detailed the aircraft bursting into flames upon impact.

Residents in the neighborhood reported hearing the crash from blocks away and expressed shock and concern over the incident. Investigation into the circumstances leading to the crash is currently underway by Arvada Fire and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).

Carr Street has been closed to traffic as authorities conduct their investigation and cleanup efforts. The public is advised to avoid the area during this time. Additional details about the incident are expected to emerge as the investigation progresses.
