Real Estate Queen Gwyneth Paltrow’s $30 Million LA Mansion Hits the Market!

Los Angeles, California – Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is making changes to her living arrangements in the wake of her son Moses’ high school graduation. Paltrow has decided to put her Los Angeles mansion on the market for $29.99 million as she looks to downsize, according to listing agent Lea Porter.

Paltrow, 51, purchased the 8,000-square-foot home in Brentwood for $9.95 million back in 2012 when she was still married to her now-ex-husband, Chris Martin. The house, which features eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, was built in 1950 and underwent renovations in 2009.

After moving on with her current husband Brad Falchuk, the “Glee” co-creator, 53, and his two children, Isabella and Brody, from a previous marriage moved into the spacious abode with Paltrow. The property also includes a guesthouse with amenities like a movie theater and wine cellar.

Aside from her LA home, Paltrow also owns properties in Montecito, California, and Amagansett, New York. Porter mentioned that Paltrow may be considering purchasing another home in Los Angeles after selling her current mansion.

The actress, who hosted a single-night stay at her Montecito guesthouse last year, has been focusing on creating spaces for relaxation and mental clarity. Paltrow and Falchuk moved into their nine-bedroom, 16-bathroom mansion in 2020, following their marriage in 2018.

As Paltrow looks to downsize and embark on a new chapter, the sale of her LA home represents a significant shift in her living situation. The actress, along with her family and loved ones, attended Moses’ graduation ceremony, marking the beginning of a new era for the Paltrow-Falchuk-Martin blended family.
