The San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) declared that all schools in the Mountain Empire Unified School District will be closed on Thursday due to inclement weather. Additionally, late starts are planned for Julian Union High School District (9:10 a.m.), Julian Union Elementary School District (9:20 a.m.), and Warner Unified School District (9:30 a.m.).
