Upon arrival, officers discovered a man lying in the parking lot who was later transported to the hospital. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and ultimately passed away. Detectives are currently exploring the possibility of an exchange of gunfire that could have taken place between the suspect and the victim.
