Three officers shot in on-going barricade situation
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Three officers from the Metropolitan Police Department were injured by gunfire on Wednesday during an attempted arrest. The suspect, who was being served a warrant for animal cruelty, opened fire as officers approached his home located on Hanna Place in the southeastern part of the city.
